背景描述：该细胞系是通过伽马辐照和选择 HMy.2 B 淋巴母细胞样细胞系（ARH-77 细胞系的快速生长突变体）的 HLA I 类抗原表达缺失而建立的。这些细胞可用作转染的 I 类主要组织相容性抗原基因的宿主。据报道，ARH-77 细胞系对 Epstein-Barr 核抗原（EBNA +）和 Epstein-Barr 病毒衣壳抗原（EBVCA +）呈阳性。因此，假设 HMy2.CIR 细胞系为 EBNA 阳性。细胞表达少量 HLA Cw4，但不表达 HLA A 或 B 位点产物。
