背景描述： CA46细胞源于Burkitt's淋巴瘤病人的腹水液，是Magrath建立的系列淋巴瘤细胞系之一。CA46细胞EBV核抗原(EBNA)阴性，表达表面IgM和分泌不能与A蛋白结合的IgM，12％的群体细胞表达补体受体，但不表达Fc受体。CA46细胞生长的群体倍增时间是16小时，具较快的生长速度。
