背景描述： Raji 系由 R.J.V. Pulvertaft 于 1963 年从一名 11 岁黑人男性左上颌骨的伯基特淋巴瘤中建立。这些细胞因其人 CD19 的高表达而被广泛用于免疫学研究，CD19 充当辅助受体并降低抗原 B 细胞受体（BCR）刺激的阈值。Raji 细胞是非粘附的，以自由漂浮的个体或双峰的形式悬浮生长。这些细胞的倍增时间为23.2小时，它们的直径相对较小，直径范围为5-8um。
