背景描述： MOLT-4是一种T淋巴细胞系，来源于1971年复发的一名19岁急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）男性患者的外周血。它是MOLT-3的姊妹细胞系，而MOLT-4显示出不寻常的T细胞抗原受体γ链基因（T-γ）重排。MOLT-4细胞的倍增时间约为30小时，悬浮生长，并且在未经治疗的裸鼠、抗淋巴细胞血清处理的小鼠和X辐照小鼠中具有致瘤性。
